Meet Lori
Lori Carlson is an award winning, top producing Associate Broker on our team. She has nearly 30 years of experience in South Eastern Virginia, and comes from a family of custom home builders. She’s extremely dedicated to her family, friends, and clients and will do anything for anyone. She has worked in real estate all over South Eastern Virginia from Williamsburg to Virginia Beach and everywhere in between. She owns a contracting business and is an amazing handyman. She enjoys rehabbing properties and even painting! Lori is one of the hardest working people you’ll ever come across.
Meet Jodie
Jodie Snyder has been working on the team with Lori Carlson for over 10 years and they really complement each other. When you think of these business partners, think of peanut butter and jelly…or if you know this team personally… sushi and soy sauce! Jodie has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from CNU which has been extremely useful throughout her career in real estate. She’s been able to use her artistic skills countless times with designing floor plans, envisioning spaces, marketing, choosing color palettes, staging, and so much more. She loves going on short adventures with her family, getting involved with her church, and anything outdoors! She grew up in this area so there’s a wealth of knowledge with comparing neighborhood to neighborhood and city to city.
Meet Curtis
Curtis Reed joined the team several years ago and fit right in! He’s another extremely hard worker and the type of guy who helps his clients move, paint houses, and even fix issues after they close- just because he cares! His goal is to provide friendly service with attention to detail and give you the knowledge to make the right choice. Curtis is a stranger to no one and is always good for many laughs. If an appointment gets cancelled, you’ll find him fishing somewhere. He loves being outdoors, traveling, and hanging with friends and family. He grew up in this area and is willing to do whatever it takes to help his clients buy or sell a home.
Meet Ariana
Ariana Boss is a sports mom to two fun loving young boys. When she is not helping others achieve their goals, she is often found on a baseball field or hockey rink cheering on her boys. Originally from Massachusetts, she grew up with a love of fishing, skiing, and snowmobiling. Relocating to Virginia in 2008, she has been residing in and a part of the Hampton Roads community for over a decade. Coming from a proud military service family, she is an advocate for supporting our active duty members, veterans and their families. Ariana is pursuing her business management degree in the evenings, and enjoys cooking, baking and cake decorating in her free time. Most notably, however, her talents shine brightest with interior design. She always sees the possibilities, rather than limitations. Ariana can make the ordinary spaces into exceptional places. She is always up for a project and loves anything DIY. Ariana’s heart is as big as her dreams, so she will always work her hardest to serve her clients in making their dreams come to life too!
